About the Founder

Sabelo Mngoma is a 35 year old award winning Photographer with 15 years experience, born and raised in Kwa-Pata Township in Pietermaritzburg. He holds a National Diploma and a B.Tech in photography for the first 5 years of his career he specialised in sports photography and travelled extensively showcasing his skills through a variety of shoots. He has shot development football, heads of State and royalty across Africa. His most notable assignments include the Africa Cup of Nation of 2013, FIFA World Cup 2010, 6 seasons of Absa Premiership 2008/09, 2009/10, 2010/11, 2011/12, 2013/14, 2013 BRICS Nations Summit hosted in Durban, COSAFA Senior Men Championship 2009 hosted in Zimbabwe, FIFA’s delegation visit in Zimbabwe in 2013, Comrades Marathon 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and UCI BMX World Championships 2010, 2011 and 2012. His work has been published locally (Sunday Times, Isolezwe, City Press, Daily Sun, The Witness, Beeld, Kick Off , Soccer Laduma , Ilanga , The Zululand Observer , South African Rugby Magazine). Internationally (New York Times, India Times, France based AFP and England based Associated Press).
